Our Service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum spend (some service area is $60 per person with a $600 mininum) , All fees are included EXCEPT gratuity. Suggested gratuity is 20% to 25% of total bill. Cash or Credit Card (with a 4% processing fee) are the accepted payment methods. If paying with credit card must be done 72 hours prior to the event! You can not pay at the end of the party with credit card- must be done 72 hours prior.

There is no max or min guest limit, but a party minimum spending at $500. ($600 in California and Nevada)

The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.

We provide the chef, grill, food, sake and the best part ENTERTAINMENT! Customers will provide utensils and table set ups. We provide table and chairs rental in some of service areas.

Eating utensils; Plates or salad bowls; Tables and chairs, A clear area for our grill measures 68.3" L x 27.5" W x 41.3" H for our grill setup.

We only cook on outside premises. Our experience is open to terraces, balconies, and under awnings. At this time we do not cook in any indoor premises. All though you can set your party up inside, the chef will cook outside ! We are licensed and insured.

No, our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any other food allergy a customer may have.

Yes we have serviced many gluten free customers. We ask that you bring your favorite gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for the chef to cook your portion separate!

We can provide tofu to meet Vegetarian and Vegan needs. The price per person does not change. We will supplement their dishes with additional food such as extra veggies, salad, and noodles.

Due to insurance and pricing requirements, we do not cook any outside protein or food at this time. if you need, our chef can provide help for cooking your own proteins wihout any insurance.

All of our bookings are currently done through our website - www.hibachiyokohama.com. After you sent a booing online, we will send you an invoice if your order confirmed availability.

If you have no food orders when you book your order online, you can remark TBA for the food orders, food orders can be submitted in latest 3 days prior to the time of event.

Yes, you can update or revise headcount and food orders in latest 3 days prior to the time of event .
