How much does your service cost? and Payment way.
Our Service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum spend (Nevada and Carifornia area is $60 per person with a $600 mininum) , All fees are included EXCEPT gratuity. Suggested gratuity is 20% to 25% of total bill. Cash or Credit Card (with a 4% processing fee) are the accepted payment methods. If paying with credit card must be done 72 hours prior to the event!
What is the guest number limit?
There is no max or min guest limit, but a party minimum spending at $500. ($600 in California and Nevada)
What if I don’t have tables and chairs?
No worries at all — we’ve got options! If you do not have tables and chairs at your home, we can provide rental options and assist with arranging everything for you for an additional charge. Table linens are also available upon request.
What should I prepare for my party?
What you need to prepare are eating utensils, plates, bowls, or small plates (for salad). Chopsticks are not required. Please also have all tables and chairs set up on-site prior to our arrival
What if I haven’t finalized the guest count and menu yet
No problem at all — we understand plans can change, You can still secure your event date first. Final guest count and menu selection can be confirmed latest 3 days prior to your event. When you submit booking, headcount or food orders: TBA
Can you accommodate Gluten Free?
Yes we have serviced many gluten free customers. We ask that you bring your favorite gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for the chef to cook your portion separate!
How can I make a reservation?
All of our bookings are made through our website. After you submit a booking request online, we will send you an invoice once we confirm availability. A small deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Can I update or revise the headcount or food selections after placing a booking? and cancellation policy?
Yes, you may modify your headcount or food order, as well as cancel your booking, up to 3 days prior to the event date.
